Terms of Service & User Agreement

Welcome to TeraBoxDL & Player. By installing, accessing, or using the TeraBoxDL & Player application (“the App”) or its associated API and cloud infrastructure (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. Nature of the Service

TeraBoxDL & Player is an independent media player, streaming utility, and personal file download manager designed to facilitate convenient media consumption and file caching on your own device. The App acts solely as a client-side tool and content resolver for publicly shared links and user-authorized cloud resources.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the App solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. As a condition of your use of the App, you agree NOT to:

• Download, stream, store, or distribute any content that infringes upon the intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of any third party.
• Use the App to access, process, or disseminate unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or harmful material.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or bypass any security features, DRM protections, or rate-limiting safeguards implemented in the App or our APIs.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the backend services, servers, or networks connected to the App.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or exploits against the App or related server infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Copyright Compliance

TeraBoxDL & Player respects the intellectual property rights of others. We do not host, store on persistent remote media servers, or claim ownership of any third-party videos, media, or files accessed through the App. All trademarks, logos, and copyrights referenced belong to their respective holders.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary legal rights, permissions, or public licenses to stream or download any file resolved through the App. In accordance with applicable copyright laws (including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act / DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement and take appropriate action, including revoking access to infringing links or terminating repeat infringer accounts.

4. In-App Subscriptions & VIP Features

The App offers optional VIP subscription tiers providing benefits such as ad-free playback, parallel turbo downloads, and priority support:

• Subscriptions and digital goods are processed securely in accordance with applicable payment gateway and Google Play Billing terms.
• Subscriptions grant a personal, non-transferable license to access premium features on your verified device for the selected term.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees or tier benefits with reasonable advance notice to users.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES OF TERABOXDL & PLAYER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR SERVICE DOWNTIME, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App or backend services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to other users or our infrastructure.

8. Governing Law & Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
