- Pseudonymous Device Identifier: A randomly generated UUID stored securely on your device's encrypted storage to maintain app preferences, VIP subscription state, and support ticket sessions.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: App version, Android SDK version, device model, operating system architecture, and anonymized crash logs to help identify and resolve technical issues.
- Network & Geolocation Metrics: Coarse geolocation (country and city derived from IP address) for regional network optimization, server routing, and content delivery performance. We do not track precise GPS location.
- Customer Support Data: Information you voluntarily provide when submitting a support ticket, including your contact email (optional), subject, and description of the issue.
2. How We Use Information
Collected information is utilized strictly for the following purposes:
- To resolve and stream requested media files initiated by the user.
- To authenticate and manage VIP subscriptions and active licenses.

- Google Play Services & Play Integrity: Used to verify genuine application distribution and device integrity to prevent fraud.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver push notifications regarding downloads, support responses, and service updates.
- Google AdMob: May be used to display advertisements to free-tier users. Google AdMob may use device advertising IDs (GAID) in accordance with Google's policies and your consent choices. Users can opt for our VIP ad-free tier or manage ad personalization in Android settings.
4. Data Storage and Retention
We maintain appropriate technical and organizational security standards to protect your data. Pseudonymous telemetry and server logs are automatically rotated and purged periodically. Support tickets and resolution history are retained only for as long as necessary to address inquiries and maintain audit trails.

- Internet & Network State: Required to connect to content servers and download media.
- Notifications (Android 13+): Required to show download progress in the notification bar and deliver support responses.
